Can I return the order ?

Q1 : If I ordered the wrong item. Can I return it?

Due to the high cost of operation and business policy with suppliers, we do not accept parts return in GENERAL.

However, you still be able to discuss with the seller and have the seller to authorize us to proceed another order with special discount coupon or credit.

Unless specified, otherwise, buyer is responsible for all necessary costs of the order return (e.g. freight cost, export handling cost, import duty, local tax and etc…).

Q2: The parts that we received is wrong and confirmed it’s is the supplier’s mistake. Where do I return the wrong part?

If the supplier confirmed the wrong parts was shipped by their mistake. You should receive an instruction on how to return the wrong item or the seller will send you correct item with credit coupon.
